Rush R. Sloan Trial
May 14th, 2012, 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm.
Erie County Courthouse
In October, 1852, Rush Sloane assisted several fugitive slaves to freedom. He was quickly brought to court under the fugitive Slave Act and ws heaviy fined. Join us as the members of the Eric County Bar Association re-enact this historic trial. Registration is required as space is limted. To register, call the Erie County Library at 419-625-3834.
