The Bowling Green Convention & Visitors Bureau is proud to announce a new seminar component to the Bi-yearly Foodways Expo. On April 17 & 18th the two day Foodways Expo & Culinary Conference will be held at the Bowling Green Expo Center inside the Woodland Mall.



Culinary Conference - Saturday, April 17
10:30 AM - 4:00 PM • Bowling Green Expo Center inside the Woodland Mall

  • Are You an Olive Oil Expert? featuring culinary demonstrations by Mario Rizzotti, Culinary Specialist & Judge on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America
  • Extraordinary Seafood from Your Own Kitchen - Pat Hannan, Senior Executive Chef from Bowling Green State University
  • Cooking Everyday Meals with Stadium Salsa - Greg Shepherd, Owner of Stadium Salsa
  • Ohio Proud Kitchen as our Main Stage for both events.
  • $49 conference fee includes keynote presentation and autograph session with Mario Rizzotti, lunch presentation by Chef Pat Hannan of BGSU, cooking presentation with Greg Shephard of Stadium Salsa, lunch, and free admission to the Foodways Expo on Sunday.

  • The Expo is open to the public for a small admission fee. No registration necessary for the expo.
